Please please please AVOID like the plague!!
Made me live with a noisy pipe for 9 months in my bedroom with zero sound proof and insulation before doing anything about it. Had to eventually move home and developed severe anxiety around sleep disturbances no thanks to them so by the time it came for them to fix it the damage was done despite my letting agents chasing them repeatedly. Look at the state of the website. The staff are always on leave. People who handle the requests Work like 2 days a week. Awful company. I really really hope karma is real and causes them the misery they caused me

The worst to deal with - never communicate properly or efficiently, dont take any notice of requests, only seem to be efficient at communicating when they’re chasing money. Charge an extortionate amount for service charge. Tried to quote over £20k for pond works once, that they then somehow managed to get down to a quote of around £5k. Currently own a property where they have hiked the service charge to over £180 a MONTH and constantly raise the monthly amount several times a year. The building I lived in under them in is a state but yet paying these prices into some fat cat’s pockets. They are not an affordable, efficient or caring company in the slightest - the only thing they’re interested in is your money. They don’t actually do anything.

The worst management company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely useless at everything - they were a nightmare to deal with when they managed my property and passed my personal phone number on to people without my consent when repairs were needed to the apartment block tried to make me sign a waiver for them to charge me personally for repairs that should have been covered by my management fee, and now 4 months later after selling the property, they can’t seem to comprehend after numerous emails and solicitors calls that I no longer own/hold responsible for the property, they won’t stop chasing me for payments of management fees.
