Since the merge I have spoken to very helpful receptionists and administrators. It hasn’t been too long to get an appointment with a GP, Nurse or HCA. All of which endeavour to make you feel comfortable and at ease when expressing your concerns with your health and symptoms in order to find a resolution or further investigations. Prescription requests have always been dealt with efficiently and sent to the pharmacy in good time. The only area of improvement would be that if NHS 111 consultations (when the surgery is closed for training or out of hours) could be followed up more effectively instead of chasing the surgery and asking if the surgery have received a notification. However as a whole the service has been great 👍🏽

I called in to arrange an appointment and the receptionist (I didn’t get her name sadly) managed to do a ‘form’ over the phone and then I received a call from the doctor within 12 hours with options.
I’m very impressed and the receptionist was so kind and helpful. I felt very well looked after and honestly have no complaints.
Saved me a trip going into the doctors and a quick resolution. Thank you!

I have had very good care from two GPs - quick appointments and follow up phone calls. I was arranged a chest X-ray, blood test and hospital consultation very quickly and efficiently. I am extremely grateful for the care received so far.

Though I've not yet had any negative experience of Foundry, all my recent experiences in relation to diagnosing and following up on a new health condition have been extremely positive, from timely and comprehensive GP attention and communication through to the most effective and efficient blood test system I know. I've been very impressed indeed and think we're very lucky to have such a top notch local service.

I got an appointment quickly via anima and the doctor was really thorough and answered all my questions really clearly. She seemed like a good doctor.
So all in all the service was great 5 stars. My only issue is with anima. It is incredibly confusing trying to find out/look back to see if there are upcoming appointments (they are currently buried in 'closed') or other steps to take. Whilst the initial enquiry may have had an answer the problem is not 'closed' in as much as there are upcoming appointments. These are not recorded in the appointments tab. It must be very difficult for patients with multiple health issues or those struggling to keep on top of things.

Very good, Dr Elliott was extremely helpful and even called me back to say I needed to go to A&E for an MRI to eliminate Cauda Equina for a 2nd time, rather than wait a couple of days and pay privately for an MRI.
