I cancelled my policy with you because I sold my van and moved abroad. I pay monthly but somehow have ended up with an outstanding balance, which you emailed to ask me to pay. I have tried to use your payment link, only to be told a Technical Error has occurred and to try again. I have several times to no success. I tried to contact you using the 'Contact Us' on your website to inform you, but it doesn't work and just displays a blank page. I move to live chat, only to be told to use the payment link (which doesn't work) or call the 0333 220 5445 number. I explained I am out of the country and cannot call that number, and was there another. They said no. I informed them I have 10 days to make this payment and so when will the link work, they didn't know. I asked what happens if I go over the 10 days... they said I will go to debt collection. When I asked why given I am trying to pay, they ended the chat. Poor service throughout, I would never advise to use this company and for those monitoring this, please provide me with the quickest way to pay this balance so I can cut ties completely.

Worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't accept my NCD due to gap in years since it applicable. Fair enough asked for a quote for insurance without that. They literally quadrupled the quote. I cancelled the policy 16days in and they're now trying to charge 50% of the original premium. Sent an emailed letter of invoice that makes no sense. Been charged a cancellation fee and admin fee for cancelling. Surely this is the same thing. Would not recommend anyone to use this company

Do not use this company they have no communication skills. I took a policy out for a van and added my ncb which I have on my car then I was receiving emails to say they needed the documents to prove my NCB so I sent over which I was not aware that the the NCB from my car does not apply to my van. They emailed to let me know there would be an extra charge which I thought that would be fine then came back with a silly amount extra. So we called to cancel and said the reason why and I thought someone would get back to see if us and the broker could come to an agreement. No one called back then the cancellation charges come back as £251. Please do not use this company they are an absolute scam.

Worst insurance company I have genuinely ever dealt with ! Wanted no claims documents I uploaded them, they then charged me for that a sum of £40. Today I phine to cancel the policy and no refund as I'd paid in full and from what little I understood of the person the other end of the phone they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. Paid my premium in full.

Absolute scam merchants ..... I will never ever use them again even if it costs more !! Most stress full experience and still no idea if my policy is cancelled or if ill get the remainder of my money back. Told them on the phone they are the worst company to deal with and she thought I was paying a compliment which I quickly reminder her it was far from a compliment.

I regretted buying a policy with Freedom broker. Finding out they used telematics device, not up to the cooling period. That’s 14 days of purchase. I called for cancellation, & telematic device was returned. And I was settled with refund.
*** a year later 2022. I was called by anonymous to pay what I owed freedom brokers. Then I paid to avoid staining my records. 2023. I was called again by Arc. Quote I owed freedom brokers. I explained, but no one listened, therefore I made the payment & keep the receipt safe. 2 years again (2025) they are asking me to pay the money again that I owed freedom brokers. How 🥹🥹🥲🥲. Can I keep paying for a service that I’m not aware of?
I strictly advise, this is fraudulently scammed 😡🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Avoid. From the very beginning, even before my policy started, I was harassed by this company with every day's messages that I did not applied the black box yet, neither I was using the app. That was even before I received the actual device. Then, when I went on holiday, I suddenly received a notification that they were just about to cancel my insurance "because they tried to contact me and I haven't responded". Not to mention I haven't received anything from them, neither they had any means to contact them apart from the phone. So you are not able to send them any files for example. Basically, the whole experiencewas like you are a prisoner. Also, despite I had the excellent score throughout my time with them, they just sent me a renewal that is more than £100 above the previous one. I went online to comapre and found much cheaper deal without the black box. Good bye, "freedom" brokers.

Do not know what all the bad reviews are about…. My engine on my current vehicle has gone so I’ve bought a new van and phoned them up and within 5 minutes 37 seconds phone call my old insurance was swapped onto my new van no hassle arguements or queries fast and efficient …. And the guy on the other end was very polite and helpful… good experience maybe a lot of the bad rewlviews are because people don’t deal with adversity and stress so well so maybe when you face a problem head on… step back breath and let the insurance company do there job 👍👍👍

I will give 0 star if I can. The WORST insurance company I ever use! Freedom Broker asked me for NCD when I was renewing with them, I emailed to them, but after two months, they texted me and asked it again! Besides, I tried to set up online account, but I just cannot do it somehow, and I called the customer service, even though the lady sent me email to active the account, and I did it, succeeded, but after a few days when I tried to log in again, my policy is not shown on my online account! How could this be! The customer service is rubbish and the website of this insurance is useless. Will never use this insurance again and suggest anyone stay away from this company!
