Average service, not unpleased but room for improvement - Note, I am a leaseholder, but I would much rather use a different name than cause bad relations/situations, as constructive feedback, more communications (so leaseholders have an understanding of situations within their property and its communal areas) would help with the overall service provided.

As an additional note, I would reccomend FMS to other leaseholders.

Appalling company. In all my years of running small businesses I have never dealt with anyone as rude as Ian. I would go as far as saying his approach is bullying.
