After looking around the store for a cash machine i asked the assistant "excuse me could you tell me where the nearest cash machine is?" The response i recieved was "No cash machine"

The guy closed 5 minutes early and told me it was my fault and I should have came earlier even though my working hours are the same as the post office and I had to leave work early to get there for 25 past. It still said closes soon on their business opening hours and I was showing him the time on the internet and he was telling me it wasn't his problem and it was half past by his clock. All I needed was a stamp to send a very important letter. His attitude was terrible, zero customer service and basically told me to go away even though it was not closing time and he had closed early.

Lovely local post office the girls are always smiling and friendly and so helpful. Always a pleasure to do my business here, posting parcels or paying money in or drawing out. My local post office, and I'm very glad it is. Natalie and Lisa who work there are always really pleasant to deal with, I make sure I go in on the afternoons so that I can be served by them. They always help me with the best service and make posting really easy for me, especially when I post quite a lot.
