I paid for a premium policy with what I thought was a reputable company. I had a claim which was clearly valid from the beginning and was ultimately paid out accordingly. However the service I received from Friends Life was completely unsatisfactory and made what should have been a stress free period of my life a lot worse than i would have expected. Completely inept and their service bears no resemblance to the charter they promise to abide by. I've just received the feedback survey and look forward to completing it! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
