Brilliant service! used Evri to send parcels i had a problem downloading shipping labels. The gentleman who served me was kind patient and extremely helpful and he sorted it out for me ! I will only use this post office from now on fantastic

Good and friendly service. I used the EVRI collection, parcels are properly stored on shelves unlike some other collection points where they are all mixed up in a big box. I also used the identity certification service which was efficiently carried out.

I greatly appreciate our postal service, and Freyn Hill Post Office is no exception. My experience has consistently been excellent, nothing short of 5 stars. From seeking advice on parcels and postage to handling car taxation when I acquired a second-hand car (and there were some complicated issues), the service has always been top-notch. I consistently find the team to be exceedingly helpful, kind, and never rushed. overall 5 stars

The staff are very helpful. We went there to collect a parcel for twice, both were fail. Finally we found that we went to wrong one (our fault)…but the staff still very friendly to help. 5stars deserved.

The staff is so tired, I could see how affected they are working at the counter, they are not happy at all working inside, they are trying to escape from work takeing extra brakes and they treat the customers with a rude attitude and trying to take so long time to sort out each customer. Its frustrating seeing an employee not enthusiastic enough to work. Just stay home if you are tired.
