Not only has my investment been carefully managed over the years, with very pleasing results but the everyday client care is exemplary.
In particular, when I found myself with a family emergency to handle urgently, the team went above and beyond, to expedite a small, temporary withdrawal, that I might have the means to immediately deal with the matter. I cannot thank them enough.
A special shout out to Nick and Marie, for their personal involvement, I’m humbled by their humanity and forever grateful.
I feel valued as an individual, never have to chase anyone for information and will receive ‘phone calls periodically, just to make sure all is well and that my needs are still being best represented.

I have known and trusted Nick Woodford for more years than either of us would like to admit to. We have regular investment reviews and a few days ago we held the most recent of these. We have already pencilled in our next review for November this year. Whether face to face or via zoom our meetings are always constructive.

I have just had a face to face quarterly review with Nick Woodford and appreciate the extra touch of Nick coming to see me in person to discuss things. Zoom is great but nothing beats catching up in person. Nick is well aware of my current situation and pension requirements. Nick gave me very sound advice (as always) whilst also fully understanding my current requirements. I have now been with Nick and FWM for almost 4 years and wouldn't want my pension pot to be with anybody else! Thoroughly recommended from my side!
