When we signed up with this company it was sold to us small but local and efficient company that will manage our state. We got issues dating back to October 2020 and I am still chasing them. Really not great experience. Two stars and not one because they can organise window cleaning once a year!

Tried for almost 4 months to get a fence repaired that belongs to a block of flats they manage. The fence has almost fallen down and is a safety and security risk to the people living there. If I wanted nothing done I couldn't think of a better management company.

I have on more than a few occasions tried yo interact to talk with the office people. But they always avoid taking calls or replying back. They don't take any responsibility and just pass on the issue to other people out if their company.
