Colin has helped us with releasing equity in our property to supplement our pensions and make our retirement more comfortable. He explained everything in plain English and helped us to select the right product for our circumstances. There were a few hiccups along the way with erroneous charges left on the deeds which Colin went beyond what was expected to help resolve.
