I first met Natasha at Gateway Mortgages Ltd in 2011 almost 14 years ago, when my husband and I moved house and had a 6 week old baby.
Moving house and the arrival of a new baby was stressful but Natasha was and still is exceptional, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She helped us all the way through the mortgage and later remortgage process during this time.
She always explains matters in detail and in simple terms and having access to the current mortgage market and interest rates, as well as assisting with the whole process, I could not recommend her and her team James, Louise and Karen highly enough.
It's also been great to see Natasha's company grow over that time. Thank you everyone!

Highly recommend Gateway mortgages. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. I cannot thank Lisa and Karen enough. Customer service has been impeccable, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I'm so pleased I went with Gateway, having used other mortgage brokers in the past and having a lot of unnecessary faff, the mortgage process felt like a breeze with Gateway.

We used a mortgage broker recommended to us by Taylor Milburn. He told us we could only have a non high street mortgage with a ridiculous interest rate etc. My partner was then told about Gateway and said they’d helped him. I rang and spoke to Vanessa who was beyond helpful. I’ve since then dealt predominantly with Karen who has been marvellous. Courtesy calls, so what they say they will, when they say they’ll do it. We completed on our house sale last Friday, and literally hours later Nikki rang to see how we were. I would never ever ever go elsewhere! Absolutely amazing! Thanks guys

Before I contacted gateway mortgages Ltd, I contacted another broker who gave me the impression that it would be very difficult to get the amount needed for my purchase.
That's when I decided to call getaway and I spoke to James who seemed very experienced and confident that he would get me the amount needed. In less than a week, he not only managed to get more than I needed plus the best rate with a high street lender. Many thanks to James for his professionalism.
