Gemstone Mortgages were absolutely amazing!! Hollie and the team were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us constant support. We cannot recommend Gemstone mortgages highly enough. As first time buyers we were completely overwhelmed and unsure of the whole process but from the first communication with Emma we felt completely supported and at ease.
Emma went above and beyond to find suitable times for meetings to fit in with my work schedule which was really appreciated. Every part of the process was explained clearly to us and we felt comfortable in asking for clarification when we felt confused.

We highly recommend gemstone mortgages. Being first time buyers the process seemed very daunting, however from the first communication we felt completely at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained throughout the whole process and nothing was a problem for the team. All of our appointments were completely relaxed and we never felt rushed. Communication was exceptional, if we ever had any questions they were replied to immediately. Overall the ‘stressful’ process turned out to be enjoyable with the help of Gemma, Hollie, Amelia and the team.
