Went into the brokers this morning to renew my car insurance as they was helpful last year, greeted nicely but wasn’t asked to take a seat ,
Was told my insurance had gone which I expected but not by 3 times the amount I said oh no far too high, she clicked a few times and said sorry cheapest I can get is £940. Last year it was £350. I said surly you can get that down she no so sorry I was in there 5 mins walked out shocked no help at all very poor customer service , when on there online checker £410. So why could they of done that ?
Anyway shopped about £306. Less than last year and didn’t leave the arm chair people shop about , and I will never go to Geoffrey Simmons again no help what so ever she just could not be bothered

I've been using GSI for many years now and the service is great. They can do just about any kind of insurance you want and have a huge database of contacts to ensure the most tailor made product for your needs. Sometimes you can find a cheaper deal on line but there will often be some kind of catch. It's nice not to have to deal with some call centre with pre rehearsed speech and you can even go in and have a comfortable sit down chat if preferred.
