I spoke with Mark and must say that the customer service provided was exceptional, I am equally impressed with the online service available. Although it had previously been difficult to find the correct liability cover when searching with other companies, it was easy to find the correct cover with Gleaming Insurance. My cleaners damaged a piece of furniture. I went through all the correct procedures only to be told that they wouldn't accept liability and that the matter was closed. Appalling and dishonest. I was only claiming for around £70 too.
