They are very good, busy at times of course but they are very fair, to sort out any issues, ive had one recently, which has been delt with very well after a misunderstanding.nice shop selling decent products, i prefer this place to groby chemist if im being honest here, anyway sure the place has a good future. Kind regards.

I find them not very friendly and helpful, many times I order repeat prescriptions, time is arranged and never ready or no communication that cause extra trips or phone calls.

They do sell abit of everything (meds and toiletries) at reasonable prices, and open 7 days a week.

Pleasant efficient staff. More expensive than a supermarket but has good stock of meds.
Parking is a bit of a nightmare, so if you're going to collect a prescription, I highly recommend you ask for it to be delivered (once you receive the text saying its ready). Fyi: Prescription delivery to your home is free.
Nb: one time I was in, and a customer wasn't happy at their medication request being denied, and instead of asking the individual to the privacy of a room, the pharmacist shouted a reply to the customer from the back room, which was very unprofessional.

As doctor's surgery goes, this is a good practice with friendly staff.

Limited car parking spaces in the front with few more at the rear. Unfortunately the spaces are a bit tight so you could end up with dents and dings. I witnessed this and now reluctant to use the car park in the rear.

I tried, without success, to call Glenfield Pharmacy over a five hour period. Initially they wouldn't answer then started answered and replacing the receiver without speaking!! Absolutely outrageous and not the first time this has happened. I suggest you try a different pharmacy for advice, Morningside on Station Road were very helpful.

I didn’t received my repeat prescription inside my prescription bag however today I went to this pharmacy who is my usual chemist. told the lady who was serving in front and explained to her, she was really nice that she printed me one and told me that they gonna put a note on my records so whenever I go to pick up I will receive one. I must refer this chemist to the people who are living local.?

The staff are efficient and caring, and have nearly always managed to prepare our medications in a remarkably short time. They have advised about our problems from time to time, if asked. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and we have every confidence in them for the future, having been with them for about a year now. If necessary they will deliver our medication, which is a real help for our household which includes a disabled person. Their prices are quite high for some items, but they are providing a service from early mornings to late at night, 7 days a week, for which I am grateful.
