Like some of the other reviews, I find the staff to be fairly unpleasant at this post office and have noticed on multiple occasions that they are keen to overcharge. I.e. ignore stamps you already have placed, or sell a large letter as small parcel when it is so clearly a large letter. Why do they want people to pay extra when it certainly doesn't go to them? Bizarre. Short dark haired lady is indeed always rude (as others mentioned).

Have to agree with most of the other reviews, unfortunately. The lady with the dark hair slicked back into a ponytail and the woman with short blonde hair are really, truly unpleasant and really quite cheeky at times. I always dread having to go to this post office when the one at co-op is closed. Doesn’t matter what you approach them with, be it taxing your car or posting a parcel, just really cheeky. Sorry that they give the other staff a bad name.

I always use this post office (at least once a week) and find the staff very efficient and I've never had a problem. I find the negative reviews quite unfair, as I regularly notice some customers in the queue, or about to be served, looking like they're already in bad form and easily triggered. The staff are human beings too and are trying to deal with so many different requests and demands, and yet we expect them to be smiling and be a ray of sunshine, but if we be nice to them from the start then I'm quite sure they'll be the same back. Is the customer always right? The answer is no. It's a two-way process. Be nice to people, including staff, and you just might be treated nicely. Don't expect a positive experience if you are giving a negative attitude. Take responsibility for your own actions & attitude first. Best wishes ❤️

Glenwell post office in glengormaly is 1 of the best the staff are lovely a very friendly an will always help with anything that you need.

One staff member Lorraine is great she does an excellent job she is very good and well mannered an will go above beyond for the customers she is a credit to the company

Really unpleasant staff. To be specific, a blonde, short haired woman was so ignorant and unhelpful. She spoke to me in such an unpleasant manner - I actually can't stop thinking about the interaction. Avoid at all costs, I will never use this post office again.
