The member of staff on Saturday shouted at my partner for arriving at the counter 15 minutes before closing time (she had already been in the queue for 15 minutes at this point so had arrived 30 mins before closing) Incredibly rude.

Not to mention that 1 pm is a ridiculous time to close a week before Christmas.

I had awful experience yesterday. The customer assistant gave me false information and declined to serve me. I explained that the information she and her manager gave me doesn’t apply to me because I’m not a citizen and I need a different form as per government regulations but they told me I had to fill in the wrong form and they declined to assist with my query. They were awful to me, even other customers came up and tried to help me but I had to go to another branch.

Small post office with limited opening times, the ques can often be long (at least they have been every time I have been) it is directly next to the train station entrance. Staff are nice and helpful. There is a car park to the back of the post office and disabled parking in front
