How quickly the two year fixed mortgage came up for renewal. Original home purchase.....They say buying a home and moving house is one of the most stressful things we'll ever do. And I found this to be true last year. What I also found was that Andy (and his colleague Caroline) helped so much to ease much of the pressure involved. From initial 'mortgage in principle ' sourcing, all through the offer negotiation process and right the way around conveyancing, Andy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very communicative and so proactive in helping us to secure our new home. There were complexities and a few bumps along the way, but Andy was with us every step of it.
