Had a really excellent experience there last week with my cat. The lady on the front desk was really friendly and helpful, and the vet was very caring and did a great job trying to figure out why my (terrified of the vet) cat was limping. Highly recommend.

Our Border Terrier Rafferty was with Goring Vets for most of his life and they looked after him with great attention and care. All the staff are friendly and relaxed, while being efficient and professional. When Rafferty very sadly had to be put down recently they were sensitive and empathetic and I can thoroughly recommend them as a veterinary practice.

I would highly recommend this practice ! The vet is approachable, reasonable and very helpful. I am so glad we ended up here after years of being with other vet. A lovely little place where you get personal treatment.

Rude. Disrespectful.

Booked a joint vaccination appointment with cat & dog. Told them on the phone car journeys traumatise the cat so we only do it once a year.

On the day they missed called us once. We tried calling back 15+ times to no response. No voicemail message.

On arrival we sat waiting for over 30 minutes before they decided to tell us that they had cancelled the appointment and "couldn't get through to us".

We took a day off and traumatised the cat for nothing. We find this rude and unprofessional. Not even a second attempt to contact us, no voicemail, didn't try both numbers. Much to improve.

I can't recommend Goring Vets highly enough. Michal, Emma and the whole team looked after our cat Oscar (when he was caught in a Fenn trap) as if he were their own. It took a month of fairly intensive care - medication, overnight stays, operation, regular re-bandaging etc all of which came at a price due to lack of insurance but they did everything they could to keep costs down for us, only performing the absolute necessities. They did a totally brilliant job with him (I'm delighted to say he is back to his old self, minus a toe!) and looked after me too under distressing circumstances. They know what they're doing and they do it well, with sensitivity to both animal and human! Thank you ALL - I'd give TEN stars if I could!

We can't recommend Goring Veterinary Centre highly enough - they cared for our precious animals for over 10 years (a leonberger and 2 tabby cats), and never failed to give them thorough and expert treatment. Equally important, they were always kind and sensitive to them, and us, at all times.
