I've been using this post office since I moved to Worthing 3 years ago and Sam has always been extremely helpful. I organise the Worthing Artists Open Houses and he's always been more than happy for me to leave the trail maps and leaflets and to top up any time I wanted. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Unpleasant man works behind the counter who is always grumpy and makes everything so difficult every time I go in. I also witnessed appalling behaviour when a woman who was queuing in front of me went to the counter to write something down on an envelope and got back in the queue in front of me and he tried to create unnecessary problems by saying she needed to get back to the end of the queue when I said it was ok to be in front of me again. He never fails to be moody and awkward and I’m surprised he continues to work there with an attitude like his! Find somewhere else to work were you’re happy! I hate going there but will if I need to… hopefully you get the message! However if you’re young, pretty and wearing a short skirt I’ve witnessed another reaction altogether! Surprise surprise he couldn’t do enough for you! 😂🤣

We use this post office quite regularly and they are so helpful. I took mine and my daughters passports in to renew and they helped me with completing this plus did the photos and made it all such a seem less and stress feel experience. I can’t thank them enough. They truly are a 5* plus! Thank you

I went to renew my driving licence and was greeted in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. Thankyou to the person who dealt with me but both of you serving at the time were equally as friendly and helpful with excellent customer service skills

I recently went to the post office to renew my passport. The staff were very friendly and helpful .They did it all from filling out the form, taking the photographs and sending it off. Thank you for a great service. They also have a wide range of goods including stationary.
