Whoever is managing this place (the post office side) needs a kick up the bum.

The staff are rude. More concerned with talking to each other than serving customers. Couldn’t scan a barcode. Blamed it on the customers phones “night mode.”

It wasn’t on night mode.

Started laughing at a customer.

Went to another post office and he moved the scanner an inch closer and it worked straight away.

Need to teach some customer service skills / some thinking outside the box skills.

Very rude woman at the counter complained that I had Scottish notes then she dropped one and took ages to find it. Blamed it on the poor quality of the polymer used in Scottish notes. Bordering on xenophobic

Some staff are just born to be rude. The place is great, and most of the staff are kind, except for one.

This post office is situated at the back corner of the convenience store.

Easy to find, and has a ramp entrance for access. Eventhough the aisles seem quite narrow, I feel a wheelchair user could easily navigate through.

The store is not that big, so accessing the post office is easy enough. There's a counter situated at the corner where 2 members of staff attend to people. Service is quick and friendly and very straightforward.

One thing to consider however is that since there are only two members of staff (at least when I visited), a queue can easily form in the middle aisle. You just have to be patient for your turn. When I came in for my visit, I was last in the queue - and it took me roughly 10 minutes to be served.

As mentioned, service is fairly quick - I feel the staff try to make the experience as speedy and as friendly as they can. Nothing to fault.

Great customer service. I really feel I have been helped by Joanne, who helped me renew my driving licence. She is a very professional, good customer handler, didn't rush and gave me enough time to sort out the process.

Staff are amazing and always friendly. Hard working to get all customers served swiftly but a cash counting machine would help to improve the service
