A very helpful Sarah, went through everything to get me an insurance quote on a Firebird trans am. Very good price on the premium, excess a bit high, but that's acceptable, as they say, lower excess higher premium. Called Sarah back and took the policy out, car now insured. I will recommend Graham Sykes to anyone who wishes to get there classic or import vehicle insured. Again great price.

Always get great quotes from these guys on all the modified cars I've had, they beat the nearest competition on all 4 occassions I've used them over the past 2/3 years, and always been easy to cancel my policy when I've sold a car on to buy another (been through 3 cars this past 2 years due to various reasons, but I'm about to insure a 4th hopefully on Monday). I recommend to all who ask. 🙂

I have just taken out insurance for my modified motor car for the first time with this company. My phone call was answered promptly by Caroline,who was very polite and efficient. I answered all of her questions, and sent across some photographs of my car. The quote came through swiftly, and then i rang back and paid in full. Easy and swift. I have been with this company for one year. Tried to renew my insurance for an upcoming craft fair but they could not find me on their database. Cannot renew yet anyway but I need the documents now for the craft fair. Will go elsewhere.
Thank you for your reply Graham - I also asked for a renewal form and what I needed to do as I needed a policy now for a craft fair I am going to on 2nd October 2022 and they wanted it immediately but this was totally ignored. I was not impressed by the communications I received. Your company was recommended by the guild and I will update them with y experiences.

Just started with you last Saturday and I've already had a rude letter from you. I phoned and asked to speak to a S Shram and it's not possible to talk to him. Mileage has been sent but the damage is done now. Much like other insurance companies it's just about the money
