Dreadful customer service & bad management! I've tried countless times to try and get a reply to an issue we have with a large row of leylandi trees that were planted by Grange Management's builders when the flats were first built back in the 90's. These trees are around 6-8 metres tall x 6-8 metres wide and are now encroaching our homes, damaging our fences and generally causing damage everywhere. This is illegal! I had one reply3 months ago and since then absolutely nothing and when I contact them, I get nothing back. I'm now about to go into the process of talking to our Solicitors to get these trees trimmed down to half their size! If they had been maintained correctly, we wouldn't have this issue.. To not even get an answer to my 2 emails is just plain rude.

Update 20/4/23: someone eventually got back to me & asked me for more pictures yet again, then said they'd do the work but had to write to each house and check for birds nests..None of this was done and some contractors turned up last week with no notice whatsoever and did half the work..I then received an email back tracking saying they aren't going to do our sides now because it's already cost them £5k and they didn't see why the tennants should have to pay!! .Rubbish!! They didnt even do a whole days work due to the weather and a car being in the way..Totally imcompentant company..Don't use!

Rude , arrogant management.
Has taken almost a year to vet them repair brickwork on my outside wall.
From reactions I get you would think it was their money they are spending but it's ours.
The Manager does nothing and sits in his office watching videos on his phone.
Stay clear they are absolutely rubbish.

Grange Management manage the car parks and gardens on Graylingwell Park, Chichester on behalf of Clarion. I have lived here for 5 years now, it is a very beautiful location and close to town. When the estate was built commercial vans were not to be parked on the estate. CPM manage the car park with a warden visiting daily to check that permits are in place and book vehicles without permits and vehicles that should not be on the estate in the evening. Unfortunately on our part of the estate Lloyd Road, we have two tenants who have more than one vehicle and campervans. This week a caravan has appeared and work is consistently being done on these vehicles in our car park. There is no response when we try to contact Clarion and Grange. CPM say they are ticketing all these vehicles and fines are paid. We have had people living in the campervans in our car park. We shouldn't have to live like this!! Fly Tipping is a regular occurrence from these tenants.

The Grange is a very well run establishment, the gardens are kept in good order as is the general appearance of the building. We are notified in good time of any changes to the monthly fees and of any work that needs to be carried out. Meetings are held so that any residents can air their views on what needs to be done and agree to the work carried out. A very pleasant place to live in a safe environment. Our manager Carolyn Henry is always on hand , is very helpful and keeps us informed with monthly newsletters. She arranges activities for the residents to take part in and creates a very social atmosphere.

Absolutely dreadful. Heaven help you if your development, estate or property is maintained by Grange. You are literally paying for NOTHING. They do the minimum required but still charge for a full service; they don't take responsibility for anything and they don't answer the phone. When I'm asked to pay a company for a service they don't provide, I call that thievery. So yes, in my opinion I'd say Grange Management are corporate thieves.

I owned a property in Gosport when a leak occurred from a pipe in the communal area and flooded the flat below me. They had been carrying out works and dislodged said pipe, however Grange billed me for it as it they said it was because it was connected to my inflow. They accused me of lying about not recently having work done despite downstairs literally admitting They had refurbished the bathroom and part of this was to refit pipework.
As it happened over Xmas and nobody from Grange would come out I paid for it to stop the leak and then presented them with the plumbers report which they then spent 1 year delaying, denying and blaming me.
In the end I sold up as I recognise how poor they were
Stay away and pay for nothing up front

Grange are understaffed and overwhelmed. They are good when you have their attention but they regularly don't respond to emails and have to be constantly chased to get anything done. There is a very long wait for contractors - which are sent from long distances away. Grange have no logging system for repair jobs or emergency out of hours support - you send emails or leave messages at the office which are often unreturned or ignored. We have a huge backlog of repairs and Grange haven't responded to my last 3 emails on the subject.
