The staff were excellent during our brief stay! The Italian gentleman who booked us in was very professional & polite and made us feel very welcome - Grazie mille 😃|Amy & Ryan looked after for drinks and dinner and were exceptional - we really couldn't have asked for more from them! |Overall, we had a very, very good stay and I'd recommend this hotel without doubt.

Great place to stay for an early flight. We stayed in a self catering Lodge it had everything you could possibly want.

The downside of the property was you could not get much sleep due to the planes going right over at low altitude as the airport is not far.

The food was lovely lots of it at reasonable prices.

This was my second visit to Great Hallingbury Manor. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. My room was clean apart from a few toothpaste spatters that weren’t cleaned properly in the bathroom. |Carla & Amy in the restaurant were so wonderful and really looked after me. I had a delicious meal too. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the sound of the planes overhead. Beautiful gardens too and free parking. Will definitely come back.

Used their park and fly package last night. Yes, it's close to the airport - great for this purpose - so there are planes. But it's a lovely old house, the room was spacious, comfortable (if hot) and quiet and the food was really good, and nice cocktails, too. Friendly staff. I'll be going again when I next fly from Stansted.

Set in beautiful grounds with huge lake and waterfall. Rooms large and comfortable but basic. Food amazing especially the Sunday roast. Amy our server was friendly and attended to ever need. Credit to the hotel! Got used to the low planes overhead. Hotel does supply ear plugs! Will visit again 😀

The rooms are newly refurbished. Small & very hot in Summer. Thought I got a great deal with parking. Unfortunately the only way to get to Stansted Airport is by taxi. The hotel rings up their favourite company who then charge you £28 for the 3 mile journey and nobody tells you until you try to get out

Lovely hotel. The location, staff, and breakfast were all great. Perfect for our needs as a rest stop between flying back from honeymoon and a long drive home. Our room was small for two but we slept like logs. Would definitely stop again if flying from Stansted.

Lovely Manor House hotel which kept our car for our time away on holiday. Room was cozy and warm, and the bed very comfortable.|Restaurant food was good with nice view over their lake. Kiera was really attentive serving us in the restaurant.|The only down side of this lovely hotel is it’s on the landing flight path for Stansted, and aircraft noise is a problem. Too late we found ear plugs in the beside drawer🤷‍♀️.
