Nice vets, some are more relaxed and are better communicators than others. However, vet technicians take great care of your animals post surgery and do their best to make the animals feel safe. They're really empathetic. Animals have had surgeries and needed medication, which the vets prescribe.

I always remember that my animal has no idea why you're dropping them off for surgery. They only know we take them there. We leave. They get prodded, poked, and cut open. We pick them up and take them home. They don't understand its because we love them and they need the help. They just know that place hurts them.

A vet is a vet, and you can shop around on price, but in all honesty, my animals hate going to any vet, and the price is comparable to other local vets for the care and services provided. I personally avoid the large chains, but that's just my preference.

When my dog required a total hip replacement (THR), every step of the process—from the surgery itself to the meticulous aftercare and the constant reassurances provided—was handled with unparalleled care and dedication. We said goodbye to our almost 17-year-old Collie a little over two weeks ago after having shared our lives with her for around five-and-a-half years.

Greenbay were with us throughout that time and right to the end and i can’t overstate how grateful we are for all the care, advice and support we received in that time.

I can’t imagine another veterinary practice being more fantastic in supporting the important creatures in our lives and I unequivocally recommend Greenbay completely, wholeheartedly and with a deep well of gratitude in my memories of our Gorgeous Girl.

My boy Jack was referred to John by my local vet. John diagnosed the problem and treated Jack with stem cell therapy and PRP twice, along with a whole host of therapies Inc physio, laser and ultrasound. I really appreciated the clear no nonsense approach in terms of my own expectations. ( it was going to be a long haul) Caz was crystal clear in her instructions to me for Jack's ongoing care. I cannot express how pleased and grateful I am that we ended up there. Jack can now walk around our village without needing to get in his buggy. Everyone at the practice was so pleasant and obviously caring about the animals. Good people, Brilliant vets, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant staff, so patient and empathetic. Had to use them for a bunch of different stuff for our 3 cats, they've been amazing every time. We sadly had to say goodbye to our two fur-siblings too, which the staff handled so respectfully. Highly recommend Greenbay

Never had to look for a reptile vet before, Rang Greenbay and they managed fitted me in a couple of hrs later for my snake. Following appointment was as easy and got to see Ian the reptile vet, very knowledgeable and helped me understand a few things with a snake.
Sadly snakey did pass away later that evening 😕
Anyway I highly recommend, knowledgeable and friendly staff 🙂 if I do get a reptile again ,I will be back
