GTH were our sellers’ estate agent but you would have thought (James in particular) they were ours. James went above and beyond to get the house sale through and his knowledge and expertise really helped us navigate a very stressful time with our estate agents and often helped to decipher the solicitors’ unnecessarily complicated jargon! There will never be enough “thank you’s” to really thank him and we often found ourselves saying “thank god James came to work today!”
They have everything in house (not something I was aware of before we picked our estate agent) so I would absolutely say please choose them over other high street names who don’t have this access and expertise knowledge.
