Highly recommend grey Fox at Rainham. We purchased our home with them and should of sold with them . Rather than using another estate agents which wasn't as professional and supportive. Great service from the team they went above and beyond throughout our purchasing experience. Esther was brilliant and nothing was ever too much. Very professional and honest. Communication was brilliant and very reliable. Matt and Gracie were also very helpful , professional and handled any queries promptly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work by the team at Grey Fox in Rainham. Esther, Matt and Gracie did an amazing job getting me through a long drawn out sale, with delays on my purchase side. They kept on top of things and always kept me updated on progress, even chasing up information on my onward purchase when nothing seemed to be happening, and keeping my buyers onside with my purchase delays. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism we experienced from Esther, Matt, Gracie and all the members of the team as we undertook the long distance sale of our late aunt's home.
From the first meeting to emailing meeting readings on the day of completion, the team have done exactly as they said they would, exactly when they said they would. It was refreshing and reassuring to be able to rely on people doing what they said they would without having to keep tabs and constantly chase.
Selling a property is stressful enough but when you are not in the same county it becomes so much more complicated. Esther and her team at Grey Fox in Rainham were amazing from the very start of our house sale. Esther was very professional but also friendly and very approachable, exactly what we needed to help us navigate through the house selling process as it was all new to us after 29 years in the same house. She kept us informed regularly as to the status of the sale and was able to advise us when we were unsure of what needed to happen next. Matthew took some great photos of our house which definitely helped to sell it on paper, but he also handled all the viewings and communicated brilliantly with us - never once letting us down.
We could not fault Esther and her team and would highly recommend them. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although we don’t intend to move again!)

100% would recommend if you are buying/selling a house. Excellent and regular communication which made selling my property much quicker and less stressful.
All are highly professional but still manage to show they care about you and your property.
