Unfortunately am a bit ditsy, went to post a parcel on Saturday. Left my purse on the counter 😭Had a melt down, lovely ladies in the Post Office found my purse and tracked me down on Fb, sent me a msg.Thank you soooo much ladies. Regular customer and when I go in to pay bills, pay for gas/electric or post items off I always have a friendly chat with them all. They always love chatting with my kids. Can’t fault them all as they’re always friendly & go extra mile to help. Thankyou all.

My Husband and I visited Grimsby main post office today 03.08.24 to have paper passports checked. Staff were super helpful and we were served by Ali who was actually able to complete a digital passport renewal.
Not only was Ali very patient with the temperamental equipment but she also took the time to explain how the Multi Currency Travel Money card works which has resulted in us both setting one up.
Ali was very thorough whilst dealing with us making sure that all of our travel needs were covered.
5* service received today.
