Like many other 1 star reviews, I find myself leaving a 1 when it should be a (0) star.

Simply put do NOT use this company, customer service is horrendous, and they do nothing to help you out in terms of their awful policies. All the other 1 Star reviews have covered why you shouldn't deal or trust this company. Complete scammers, have no manners and no care for the customer what so ever, just take your money and screw you over.

In my case it was regarding a 'Classic Car' cover. Thank god I never had to make a claim with this company, dread to think the outcome.

Just set up my car insurance, so far so good, great customer service on application by the consultant, the only negative thing about this insurance service mentioned in the terms over the phone, should I cancel or make an adjustment to the policy.. for example... change of address or some important information update.. I will be charged £50 for the pleasure.. even though today's technology just requires pressing a few keys on a computer keyboard to change the information.. I feel that's so unfair and of course money grabbing, no need for this type of legal scam... so no real customer service.. like there used to be in this country 20 years ago... let you be the judge of that... ?

Decent companies allow the legal cooling off period with a minimal charge. This one however obviously doesn't know their own details, they initially wanted £55 +!! Total almost £65. I've since been charged £45 for cancelling house insurance of 48 hours. The G.M doesn't respond at all!!
Stear clear, worst company I've ever had dealings with.

The cancellation fee is astronomical, especially when circumstances are not taken into account, having been forced to move house recently and in financial stress, this was NOT a welcome or fair fee in my opinion. Maybe if I was cancelling due to moving insurance companies I might understand. But not due to moving house under very stressful circumstances. Will not use again. Other than the fee, the app and process was ok (hence the two stars & not one), although I did not need to claim, so cannot comment on service post claim.

I knew my insurance was finishing soon and it is in 3 days they never sent a renewal quote or anything till today when they decided to renew my insurance and take nearly 800 out of my account without permission I have spoken to them and they have cancelled it abd the money hasn't gone back inmy account

Had a really bad experience on website chat recently regarding my renewal, person cut me off when my query wasn't resolved, had to start it again wasting time.

Terrible service, will take my business elsewhere even if its costs more!

They take your money and then sail you off down the road to other companies when a non fault claim happens.
They, in turn, just don't care unless you're Injured and need a hire van.
Good thing I'm honest and did absolutely everything to keep this non fault claim as cheap as possible to save all our premiums.

7 months on, van not fixed and having to take them to The Financial Ombudsmen.

I can see why people scream whip lash and milk it for everything they can now, at least something happens and your Van gets repaired in a timely manner.

Rear ended while stationary, all caught on Dash Cam and they do nothing.
