This is my first time renting with Habodel and I was very happy with their service. The application process took longer than it should have (Not habodels fault, my council took a long time to provide reference details) and the lovely lady Karen helped me every step on the way. She patiently answered all of my anxious questions when awaiting references ect and also corrected several of my own silly mistakes with kindness.
I am really grateful to Karen and all of the lovely staff at Habodel.

We have rented from Habodel for the past 3 years and so far have been very happy with them. The property was in good condition when we moved in with new carpets fitted. All issues have been addressed and fixed in reasonable time and the communal areas are well maintained for the most part. The only gripe I would have is the £24/month rent increase last year felt a bit steep to us as we were expecting £10-15, but then, who doesn't moan about the cost of their rent 🙂

I recently rented a beautiful property from habodel.
I had a lady called Karen who dealt with me from the very start of the renting process to moving in and getting my new keys.
Karen made this very fast and easy which is always helpful when moving.

There was some maintenance work that had to be carried out , I emailed late in the evening and by early the next morning Karen already had the maintenance man call me and get me booked in. Very quick and efficient.
She has been amazing and very helpful when I have had to ask anything and has kept me right through-out the process ..

Our boiler started working intermittently one night, by the next morning it had stopped working and we had no hot water. I submitted an email to Habodels maintenance department and was genuinly impressed when I got an immediate response. After confirming the details they got an engineer out that afternoon and it was fixed. I really can’t fault the speed with which they addressed the issue. A really well deserved 5 stars on this.

I’ve been working with Habodel for a few years now, I cannot fault them in anyway. Their organisation is amazing, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve quoted for many jobs and received an approval within 1-8 hours depending on the size of works to be carried out. Receiving payment for any works carried out has always been on time.. I would recommend Habodel to anyone whether it’s a career, contractor or tenancy.

Would not recommend this company if you're looking to rent. Over the past 3/4 years of living here we have had to constantly raise issues about damp/mold for them to send out contractors who completely agree with us and feed back to Habodel what works are required for Habodel to then decline the works. We have a damp mouldy kitchen floor, which they sent contractors out to rip up and then just put a new floor straight down without even trying to treat the issue. They have now sent contractors out to self level the floor, as it was on the absolute piss, to which now seems even worse than before and again ignoring the damp/mold issue, in which time they have managed to raise our rent. Absolutely fed up with them and get nothing back via emails etc, they literally just don't care as long as they get the rent off you.

Karen and Andrea at Habodel have been so helpful, patient and understanding throughout the rental process. My husband and I thank them very much. Recommended
