Very poor site management and compliance with planning conditions this week by Avant. They have torn out a 300 year old hedge that was protected and covered the main road into our village with a vast amount of mud which is in breach of their contract. Can’t comment on the quality of the houses but if their lack of compliance with planning rules is anything to go by I’d be very cautious before buying from them.

I have lived in Nottingham (bingham) for 3 years now. It is such a beautiful place living in the south of Nottingham.
Bingham has got very busy, so I went to look at the new homes by Avant. They are going to buy my house from me under a scheme called Part Exchange. This means I do not need to worry about selling my house or losing a buyer weeks or months down the selling process. I am looking forward to living at Hackett grange as it feels very open and fresh. I use the mainline bus daily, and there will be a stop outside the new homes on the main road.
The salespersons Keiran and Jane are very helpful. They seem to take all the stress out of buying and selling a home. I do not need a mortgage, but they offered me free financial services through a 3rd party.
I am looking forward to their show home to open in the summer as that is the house style I want. They told me that when I arrive to view the show home, all the front of the development will look nice and landscaped. I am very excited as I pass by daily on the bus.

I have purchased a property through Avant Homes, unlike some of the comments here, and as a resident of the village I can say that the service we have received has been exemplary. The site managers are doing all they can to uphold the regulation, but unfortunately, sometimes all does not go as planned (especially with complaints halting progress). Kerian has been very helpful with our queries on Hackett grange, and helping us through the process.
