I came to the Medical Centre this morning with a minor query about repeat prescriptions for my husband. It was very busy with a queue. The receptionist was welcoming and apologetic because of the wait, which was minimal. She was polite, patient and extremely efficient even though she was under pressure. Well done and thank you so much for sorting out the problem.

had the unfortunate experience of working in a practice where the environment was consistently hostile. The practice manager fostered a culture of intimidation, making it difficult for staff to feel comfortable or supported. There was a clear pattern of unfair treatment, with some employees receiving preferential treatment while others faced harsh criticism for minor mistakes.
Communication was often unclear, and concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. This lack of professionalism and respect severely impacted team morale and led to high turnover. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a positive work environment. After now being in the same position at a different practice I can reflect and see just how bad it is to work in such a toxic environment. I’m working in a practice which promotes mental health and supports every member of staff no matter the concern. I couldn’t be happier and regret the years I committed to Haddenham with little support after 6.5 years. Over 30 members of staff have left due to MANAGEMENT ONLY!! I hope the partners will eventually wake and see what the problem is. MANAGEMENT!!!

Went for gynaecology appointment Dr was rude wouldn’t listen to me when trying to explain talking over me snapped at me when i answered her 1st question when i got into the room she was passive aggressive just went on and on about my weight even after i explained i was trying to lose weight she was fat herself!! made me feel extremely uncomfortable,very ignorant and arrogant members of staff including reception that i over herd slagging another woman off as soon as she had gone into her appointment as the lady was upset she’d been sat there for too long she was polite an said she had been waiting so long.They then openly slagged her off in front of other patients. This was an absolute disgrace.Learn and work on your manners and people skills .

Absolutely dreadful. The admin here is appalling. Every time my son has a prescription sent over from the JR the reception team ( or the one person who is only ever on the front desk) misses it. Even though it comes through both on email and the Docman system. The request had been sitting on the system for 10 days, completely ignored. Every time this happens I have to come into the surgery and ask the receptionist to look for it. This should be automatic. Why oh why am I doing your job for you? I've now had to buy the required medication on Amazon as we are going away tomorrow and the pharmacy have still not processed it. Your absolute incompetence has caused me my time, money and a whole lot of stress. It's unacceptable and completely unnecessary. This happens every single time. Fix the problem!

Worst doctors surgery ever been to. The receptionist so rude and unhelpful.
I wouldn’t use this place at all.
Was left with out help with my hrt patch for over a week.
All I wanted was as to talk to doctor about my HRT which I need .

Having posted a negative review some time ago, I feel it only fair to post a good one now that the new online triage system has been put in place. I filled it in, was told I would be called, was called by a Doctor and then got an appointment for the next day. A much needed and massive improvement in service and patient care.
