We had the pleasure to rent a house with Hamptons last April. Since we contacted the agency and specially with Sheila O brien everything was fantastic. She was always helping since the very first moment explaining to us the whole rental process. Sheila gave us advice with all the documents that we needed it to upload and when doubts came she was super agile answering in very short time. She was always trying to find a solution for us.

She was very quick and very gentle answering all the specifics in the contracts. Once we understood all the Terms and Conditions and after we signed the contract Sheila offered very useful advices around the neighbourhood and different topics to assure our life here was easier.

We are not used to have this excelent service in other rentals we did in the past.

Also our property manager ( Ameesha Florant) is lovely, always willing to help and she is very efficient with all the queries we have concerning the property.
Definitely we highly recommend the agency and Sheila because she was very profesional, it is clear to us that they are in the business since many years and they put the tenant in the center to offer high quality service.

Jon at Richmond Office achieved the sale of my property at a very good price in circumstances which were less than ideal. There had been significant structural repairs which led to buyer caution and Jon dealt professionally and knowledgeably with these issues.
