Harleigh Doherty is my recent contact as the property manager at Hamptons and has been extremely professional and very easy to deal with. She helped assist with a recent electrical and heating issue and continued to follow up with the contractors/engineers and electricians to resolve the issues in the property I am renting from Hamptons.

Harleigh is very polite, friendly and efficient in communications and dealing with any concerns or issues. She has been highly responsive, a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help.

I was in a dire situation. The landlord of the property I had booked for my client pulled out at the last moment. I had 2 days to secure a new property which by all accounts was virtually impossible. However Layla the agent pulled out all the stops, worked over time and over the weekend, focused fully on helping me . With charm and persistence, she worked with me and the landlord (of a new and better property) to save the day. Clients happy, I'm happy. 5 stars, Layla is the best. Thank you!

I have been using Hamptons Ricky as my letting agent since I acquired a flat nearby over 15 years ago - and it has taken me this long to write a review!
Every time there’s an issue, or a changeover, Hamptons really do do all the heavy lifting. I’ve used other agencies in other locations (including where I now live, a very long way away!) and H in Ricky are simply the best.
I’m very lucky to have found them. Lovely people who care passionately about their brand, about their clients - and also about their tenants. (I know - I used to be one!)

Myself and my wife and my son (at a youngish age) moved into Watford in 2012 in Metropolitan Station Approach through Hamptons. What a life changing decision and the best move we ever made. The schools, the town, Cassiobury Park, the infrastructure, the cleanliness.
We have just now moved out of being in the same property after 12 years and have the fondest of memories.
Part of the experience was being able to deal with professional people and having the reassurance that you were being taken seriously and people actually cared about you, and Hamptons fulfilled this for us, especially Rebecca (Duxbury)
Every little problem, she listened, and dealt with accordingly.
