Was misinformed about packaging of a parcel i wished to return. Staff wanted me to purchase packaging from them. When I questioned why Post Office staff contradicted the return instructions i had been sent, they claimed it was Amazon and Royal Mail at fault. As I was less than confident in both staff's statement, I took parcel to Pulham Post Office a few miles away. Unsurpisingly, Post Office there accepted parcel with no issue and so friendly and empathetic.

A good Post office and an asset to Harleston. Polite and efficient counter staff. It sells items from wrapping paper to small children's Teddies. Greetings cards and stationary. Their (very successful) 50p stamp licking service has been temporarily suspended whilst this Chinese Germ Warfare virus is upon us.
My favourite is the range of humorous birthday cards.
Can get busy. Reccomended.
NB. Stamp licking service now resumed, but it's now 60p.

Open 6 days a week. All staff are very friendly, except the old Irish one who is grumpy and hostile and likes to make you feel inferior. Jade (the owner) is lovely, she is efficient and she still engages in chit-chat, goes out of way to be accomodating. Post office itself is small, quite cramped, near Christmas it queues out of door and down street, most I ever saw in queue on street was 21 people. Can't fit more than 5 people at once in there. Good selection of cards, usual post office prices, sells stationery, gift cards, kids toys and other things too. Advertising opportunities for small businesses at desk.

Always very helpful ladies working here, friendly and knowledgeable. I have witnessed them having to deal with quite challenging cuetomers and they do so professionally & calmly. There’s a good selection of greeting cards, gifts & kids toys too.

Superb staff-brilliant and know how to deal with any issue-expecting problems registrating my bike as a historic vehicle,has to be done at post office-dealt with in less than 5 minutes-thanks for superb service

One of the best local post offices around. Jade in particular is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.
