I came to this branch around noon and it was full. The staff was still very energetic and fast. They were very polite and despite their efforts they were still nice. I highly recommend this post office, they have great prices that are nowhere to be found and the goods are only in the store, I recommend them 100 times

Sent a birthday card from Dovercourt to Chingford London 7th Oct 2024 and as of 24th October 2024 it has still not arrived.
The cost for this not even second class service First class £2.60. Second Class £0.85 pence and I did not either services.
What a shambles this service is turning into no wonder Evi & Amazon are doing so well.
If I had sent it by a company like Funky Pigeon I could get a refund.
Well post office what ard you going to do proof of posting attached.
