Working with Harwoods over the sale of an inherited house. Apart from a few snags along the way buyers pulling out and some challenging delays with solicitors. Harwoods were brilliant both Mike and especially Phil went above and beyond to help us get over the line. Their valuation of the property was realistic and yet still £20k above another local estate agents. We got close enough to asking price in the end. A real pleasant experience overall.

Big fan of Harwoods here. I bought my first house through them years ago and was very happy with how they weren't pushy and didn't talk a load of rubbish, like a lot of estate agents do. When we decided to sell, we knew straight away we wanted to work with them again.

There were some challenging factors involved in the sale itself but Harwoods made these really easy, and we actually ended up with not just a bidding war but accepted an offer for more than we were anticipating. They helped to manage the chain and keep everything moving along at a good pace.

Unfortunately we've now moved out of the area Harwoods cover, which is a shame as I would be very happy to work with them again in the future.

The minute my offer was accepted, they immediately took the property off the market—unlike other agents I've dealt with in the past, who used my offer to drive up the price with other interested buyers.

I love that this estate agents don't have a mortgage adviser so they don't insist and wrecks my head about using their financial advisor like other companies have done. You are left alone and communication is only done on your terms. They are friendly and helpful, I would totally use again if I needed

Harwoods estate agents were the only estate agents that gave me a chance!! I sold my flat and bought a house recently, I had met the asking price on three or four other homes (with other estate agents ) before I bought my one with Harwoods.
The other estate agents were using my offers as a way of getting other people to increase their bids and then preventing me from increasing my offer when they got the value they wanted.
I then viewed the house I ended up buying. Phil from Harwoods was absolutely brilliant, very professional, punctual and very helpful. I offered the asking price again and Phil took it off the market for me that night, he restored my faith in estate agents.
