Disrespectful people. Issue occurred and I called up and spoke to Harley I believe her name was. Absolutely disrespectful, didn’t allow me to speak and ended up just cutting the phone on me. Tbh everyone I spoke too was just nonsense and very very very very unprofessional. Definitely won’t recommend using them. Was a few days late on payment and they sent debt collectors 🤣🤣🤣 what an absolute joke of a place. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If there was an option to give them a 0 I would, they don't even deserve 1 star. An unregulated criminal finance company. If you want to settle your finance good luck. They'll charge £2,000 extra for settlement. If you take out a car or van finance with them you will be dealing with a bunch of criminals.

What an unprofessional company these people are.
I have fallen on ill health with heart problems and a few other problems.
They have given me no breathing space on payments if fact been very rude. I have never missed a payment or been late preciously.
And they have added to my current stress levels making me feel very stressed.
I owe £14000 on vehicle and the vehicle is currently valued at around £2300 and they haven’t even given me time to sell the vehicle as they are more interested in making a quick profit.
I am going to be taking legal advice and make a complaint to fca.
I hope as a company they get in to hardship and start getting the treatment they give out.

I used this company to finance a company van, but when I asked to settle early (within 6 months of starting the contract) the charges were the FULL contract balance - no early settlement consideration at all. For this reason I let the contract run to expiry and got hit at the end with almost £300 extra fee (presumably admin) with no advance warning or explanation. I'm glad the transaction is finished and I'll never use them again.
