I've started using this branch following a friend's comment of their own good experiences. I used to book things myself but my health is affecting my ability to do so since the Covid pandemic. I've been on 3 holidays, all different places and carriers and everything is sorted by Hays at CLS. Worries and questions are addressed, new suggestion or tips offered. I feel safe making transactions via Hays. Always do some research before and during your booking process before making the final booking and payment. I am so far very happy with the friendly and efficient service provided by this team that I will be going back for my next vacation too.

Only took 45 mins to look and book a place.
Cost for their service was £350 on top of K2 flight costs and around £600 on top of the accommodation had we booked it online.
Two hours after booking they call to say accommodation is full and we have to consider something else. Issues we had with 2day testing was not their responsibility. Flight seat positions together we always purchase she missed in the initial booking.
We will never use them again.

We have been using Hays at Chester le Street for years, staff are brilliant always friendly. We had a holiday to Cyprus booked for May and when it was cancelled because of coronavirus we got all our money back before we were supposed to travel. Wouldn't go any where else, thank you Hays

Staff rude couldn't get me out quick enough this after spending over 3 grand with them they quick enough try butter up when they selling and don't care about their customers. I also find their lack of basic knowledge including management etc seriously disturbing. Would never purchase a holiday from these people ever again that's for sure
