We have our annual checks by HASAW they have been responsible for this service for a number of years.
Very informative and professional, their services for us include PAT testing, fire risk review, fire extinguisher inspections.

I am using them from long time but last month I received debt collection letter in which they demanding £42.00 for late payment collection for the month sep 2013 invoice for £56.00 and they said we paid invoice 15 days late and when I check my dates is all on time payment paid.Which was sorted with dept recovery but my question is why this company wake up after six month and asking for late payment charges. If any one made them late payment why they didn’t demand with that period.what happen if some one cannot proof them.Be aware from this company.I stop using them and not highly not recommend.

I recently received a debt collection letter which demanded £40.00 late payment fee for an Invoice which was payed in full dated back to Dec 2013.
After checking everything I found it was payed on time. Trying to resolve the matter with Help and Safety at Work was a waste of time as nobody was willing to help. Even when I did use there services in the past I found them to be over priced, always trying to sell me products that I never needed and not helpful at all.
It looks like nobody is using there services so are looking to get money from previous unsatisfied customers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will send a late payment fee for no reason at all.
