It’s been a great experience using helpland and I would happily recommend them to anyone. I was recommend to use helpland from my letting agents foxtons and I’m so glad that I took their advice.
I really appreciate their expertise in this field and they took care of the whole process for me and at a reasonable cost too. Lee and his staff couldn’t do enough for me and even though in my case the whole process took 14 months ( croydon courts were to blame ) I was kept informed as to how things were going and what the expected timescales were. Dealing with helpland has made a very stressful experience a lot easier.

Helpland's service was very professional and efficient. My expectations were managed reasonably and questions were answered without a fuss. Lee, in particular ensured the team worked hard to prepare the court documents that eventually led to a possession order being successfully granted by the court at first attempt. As a consequence, the tenant vacated the property before the expiration of the 14 days notice granted by the court, negating the need to seek a warrant of possession. I am now in the process of also using their services to recover the court costs granted by the court. I would definitely recommend other Landlords to use their services.
