We recently bought our dream home through Henderson Setterfield in Broadstairs and couldn’t be happier with the service.
Tamara was absolutely lovely — she showed us the property, guided us through the process and patiently answered all of our (many!) questions with a smile.

Once we decided to go ahead, Johnnie took over and was extremely professional, always responding quickly to emails and phone calls. He kept everything moving, chased up delays and made sure things didn’t stall.

Honestly, we wish all estate agents were as reliable and dedicated as the team at Henderson Setterfield. Thank you for helping us find our new home!

My partner and I went through Henderson Setterfield after a string of poor viewings with other agents. Tamara showed us round the current property we now rent, and she is amazing at her job. She also gave my partner and I time alone in the property to discuss without her around, which should be the bare minimum but it was not something we had experienced with other large letting agents! All the way throughout the process of securing the property Tamara and Mandy were super informative and helped us every step of the way as we were somewhat new to this. I couldn't recommend them and the agency enough.
