This firm is superb! They have just completed a restoration job on 5 sash & venetian windows on our property and we could not be happier with the final result - now just the paint job and they will sparkle!

- Their price was very competitive with other firms in the market

- Very responsive to my texts, no matter the time or day

We are really pleased with the quality of work carried out by Mark at Heritage Windows and the communication with Kim. We had four sash windows replaced, a new set of casement doors and the front door refurbished in our cottage in Welwyn. We were at first nervous about changing them and felt that it would be hard to make them 'like for like' but we are so pleased with the result. They look original but do not rattle, lose heat and the sound reduction are all positives. Mark attention to detail was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you David & Bev

I can't recommend highly enough. Their skills are a joy to watch. They renovated and rebuilt some very old sash windows and rotten cills in our grade II listed house and the work was sensitive to the age of the property. Friendly helpful and tidy!

Today I witnessed the workers for this company harassing and swearing at pedestrians on the street as they drove past in their van; thankfully the company details were written on the back of said van (Licence Plate: T6 FLN). I wouldn't advice anyone uses them, most unprofessional.
