I always use this post office. They are so helpful and friendly. I always get confused with posting returns as they all seem to be different and this post office always take care of it for me. They never get annoyed or make me feel like I’m putting them out. Always smiling and answer all my questions for things I’m stuck on. They always have what I need too.
I cannot recommend this post office enough. Top service and top people.

I used this post office all throughout lockdown when my business took off. I moved away but whenever I need to post something this branch is super helpful and even remembers my drop and go number if I am back this way and need to post something. Was going about my day, had to stop off at the post office just to get a simple top up, all the transaction went perfectly fine, Went about my day, My company calls me up accusing me of stealing £192.00 off the post office.
Me being very confused about what I just heard call the post office up asking the man who was working what happened, the man then says to me "oh don't worry mate we have it all on CCTV" and I am still trying to work out what have you got on CCTV as he didn't even explain it to me very well on the phone, All I did was go in and grab a top up for phone and did not expect any of this to happen, so being basically forced to go over to the post office again to prove that it wasnt me.
So had to drive all the way to hitchin just to show them my receipt, goes into the back to go double check the cameras, even though he says on the phone with confidence In his voice "we have it all on CCTV" comes out to me and says "oh it was a guy 30 SECONDS after you" so he basically lied to me saying oh we have it all on CCTV and I'm thinking right so just wasted my time even though you said to me with confidence in your voice we have it all on CCTV. No bit of sympathy or apology over this serious claim.

I was wrong to completely with this. I'm sorry that you didn't feel that the apology at the time was any where near acceptable. And if you can come back in id personally like to apologise in person.
