Why the owner insisted on me putting the full name on a parcel to the person it was going to baffled me. I pointed out that the full name on the letters where not on them what is the difference.? His customer service skills left a lot to be desired i won't go there again

This place has got to be the best Post Office in Liverpool for customer care and professional service.
Opening hours are ideal (they don’t close at lunchtime) and COVID-19 safety measures are effectively in place.
The staff are the most friendliest & courteous people I have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The male boss and the two female tellers have worked there for years and I appreciate everything they do for our community.

Unhelpful, rude and not friendly. Barcode on parcel but would not accept as some of the postcode was missing.
I googled it but still wouldn’t accept. Use any other post office in future.

Best post office around. Staff are courteous and friendly and never complain about the amount of parcels I have to send! It's a busy post office but they never rush you like others.

Terrible the young lady on the counter not the post office staff give me my change and it was short had to explain to her for 10mins why I was short changed and then she started shouting at me got my money back terrible attitude off her disgusting!! £20 - £1.40 =£18.60 NOT £12.60 !!!!!!
