Very poor customer service.
Initial enquiry via website answered promptly (quote for previously flooded property). However, despite providing further details & being assured that quote would be provided by last Saturday (renewal due last Monday so time critical) no further communication received! Thank goodness I had alternative quote which I subsequently accepted from a professional organisation.

Waste of money. Spent £3k on insurance and went to make a claim for replacement glass after I dropped my watch, called up 3 times, know one got back to me, waste of money .

Steve Rogers was outstanding throughout!
Friendly, efficient, great communication and a fast turn around time for my quotation.
I was kept informed at all time and when the quote did arrive it was extremely competitive and with a well known insurer.

So far, my experience of Highworth Insurance has been great. Despite being the end of the working day when I called, William Gordon did everything he could to secure buildings and contents insurance for completion of my new home, finding the best quote he could and managing to tick all the required boxes that I needed for my new property (which was quite difficult!). I found William very helpful, polite, personable and efficient. It was a pleasure to speak with him and I look forward to working with him and Highworth going forward.
