Had Alex introduce me to my new property. He was super professional, patient and courteous as I was running late for the appointment. He picked up on matters which I had missed on my initial property visit and explained to me how he would communicate these faults with the relative estate agency

Completely unprofessional behaviour. On my first day moving into a new property, they have emailed me that clerk has left the property and dropped off the keys in secure spot in off license. I had to drive out of my way to pick them up, other keys are still missing.
Would never recommend this to anyone.

I have used Hinch for over 6 years and have always been impressed with their level of service and quality of inventories. They have by far, the most in depth and detailed reports which have always been praised by landlords. The staff are incredibly friendly and will always bend over backwards to make awkward check-in or check-out times happen. This really helps us out!! Couldn't recommend a better inventory company and will use them for many years to come!

I had the worst checkout experience of my 14 years in the UK on Monday. Not only was the clerk exceptionally rude to me, she also lied in the checkout report. For a start, the report stated the tenant wasn't present, when in fact I introduced myself at the start and then sat in my car directly outside the house for the duration of the process in case she had any questions or comments. There were also other lies in her comments in the report that her own photos disproved, like a missing shelf that was very much there. So glad I never have to deal with this company again!!! Tenants beware, and remember to take a lot of your own photos and videos before and after renting because you cannot trust Hinch to be unbiased or truthful.

Be exceptionally careful in using Hinch. Our letting agent (RIB) used them for one of our properties and we were taken to the cleaners by the ex-tenants and Hinch amended the check-out inventory based on the tenants feedback and complaint and did not even bother telling us or taking our view. Their check-in and check-out inventory were mismatched and totaly incompetent work and has cost us thousands of pounds in disputes. When I tried to speak with them they are argumentative, defensive and patronising. I would never recommend them to even my enemy
