From finding properties, purchasing, sourcing tenants, fully managing them for us and then selling them on, we can't tell how lucky we were to find them. We asked a few different estate agents for an evaluation of our property, Hindhead, (Louis) were not only the cheapest, but the most thorough, polite, easy going and easy to talk to, not at all pushy estate agents. Louis is very informative and efficient. He gave us good unbiased advice. One thing we really liked was the fact that he never gave us any ridiculous sales men speeches or stupid sales talk diagrams to look at or listen to. He always answered his phone, or at least got back to us within a day. He was always able to show prospective buyers around within a couple of days of talking to them. Basically, Louis is a good coming sense, down to earth business man, who did an excellent job for us. We have sold a few properties in our time, so we were not completely blind, but Louis really worked hard for us and he was true to his word. I would definitely recommend him and them to anyone who is selling a property. Well done Louis and Hindhead. thankyou
