My partner and I had been wanting to buy our own house for a long time, but the complexities of the process, and our limited understanding of mortgages, the market and banks, made it difficult for us to get started, until we found Hugo.

Contacting Hugo was easy and quick. He was always friendly and honest with the possibilities we had after evaluating our situation. In addition, we were able to go through the entire process with him speaking in my first language (Spanish), which made it much easier to understand everything that involves the complex process of buying a house.
