Rude, miserable and one of the worst post offices there are.

Lady did not know the rules for someone else collecting a package, insisted passport was out of date and cancelled (which it wasnt), and she had about as much talent as a car tyre.

Will be making a complaint and taking it further. Awful behaviour.

It's A shame the staff are so off all the time. When I go in I always feel like I'm putting them out. 18 months using the post office and not one of them has a conversation with me. They close early sometimes also. I now drive 2 Miles to use Hawkwell instead of walking 2 mins to Hockkey. Please get new happy staff.

The ladies at this post office are always nice and friendly, every one of us can have an off day! So cut them a little slack, what ever your personal opinion. Some of the comments I've read are over the top nonsense, I'd suggest that these are born out of their own bad days! They don't go out of their way to miss direct or purposely mis lead you. I say give them all a raise!

The opening hours are great for such a small branch and staff is always nice and accommodating. They always make sure I add the return address whenever sending something.

I had forgot to put on the back return address details, asked if I could borrow a pen and do this at the counter and was told "no I have customers waiting" Am I not a customer!?

So I went to leave but a lovely lady from the chemist overheard and caught me at the door, gave me a pen and said I could do it at the chemist counter.

Then I ghd to queue up again to post the same parcel. Got served by the same individual who had a personality transplant in this time and decided to make conversation! To which I declined and left, thanking the chemist staff on the way out instead.

When are they going to sort the staff out here. I am happy driving to the Hawkwell post office instead now.

Always miserable and rude. No customer service skills whatsoever.
I was once rudely told in front of a line of customers that I had filled in the wrong date from my ID on my DBS application. I went away, submitted a new online application to find out that I had actually put the correct date originally and it was her who was wrong. This caused a 2 week delay to my DBS resulting in my start date at work being pushed back. Obviously super inconvenient! Yes, we make mistakes but she actually humiliated me for nothing when it was her who was incompetent at her job. Totally unnecessary.

This much be the worst post office in area one member of staff in particular who serves. I took a parcel in yesterday to be posted I was told I could only do next day delivery and was the told the parcel was to small altho it was about 6 x 5 inches in size I couldn't believe my ears rude and ignorant I left with my parcel took it to one stop post office in hullbridge were they was very helpful and had no problems this should be investigated and training in how to deal with the public

Worst post office. The ladies working there are totally unprepared. If you have something else to send out, I don't know what to do. When I do not know, I say that this post office does not offer this service. I have more than four five negative experiences. Totally unprepared professionally.
